A paedophile who preyed on Filipino mothers to get indecent images of their young daughters has been jailed. Andrew Leigh trawled dating sites to befriend women in the Philippines in order to access explicit pictures of children as young as five. But some of the evidence was lost when officers inspected them because Leigh remotely controlled the devices to delete the material as soon as they were connected to the internet. Leicester Crown Court heard how some Skype data was saved, showing Leigh had been in touch with women from the Philippines to ask if they had daughters between five and 12 years old. Leigh, 56, from Hinckley, Leicestershire, asked for naked photographs of young female relatives and sometimes provided payment.
It was a simple one with her shirt unbuttoned, her bra exposed underneath. She did it in response to a thread encouraging newcomers to post their photos. There are 56 replies to that thread, a glorious cascade of diverse female bodies in various states of undress. Fair or dark-skinned, slim or chubby, small or big-boobed, the list of juxtapositions goes on. One thing is clear: all of these women are in control of how they are presenting themselves. The influence of the church runs deep in the Philippines, from its opposition to same-sex marriage to the limiting roles it assigns women, and its potentially damaging policies towards family planning. It was a place where people in and out of the closet felt safe enough to be honest about their sexuality and identity—an alter nate place with alter nate selves. But over the last few years, the community has expanded to attract a larger pool of people who have caught wind of this bubble and are eager to experiment and explore. When scrolling through this corner of the platform, a dizzying stream of body parts jumps out. This, too, is a common element among alter accounts.

Marriage is simply not an option to me there. That is why there are home teachers, friends, family members, neighborsвto provide priesthood blessings. In the meantime, she will probably view you as being less than a Mormon man who is a faithful priesthood holder. At least I know that there are people who truly understand the medical life. As ex-mormons, can anyone here offer some insight about this girl, her religion, and what exactly I may be getting myself into if I continue dating her. I decided that if the church taught the general principle that couples should be married in the temple and that was not possible for me if I married this girlthen I should see if my choice would be an exception to the rule. I've found it extremely difficult particularly as he does not know how to communicate.
